Fast national ratings for Friday, April 2.
Although CBS won the evening with viewers, NBC was right there nipping on its heels and snagged the households crown. Also, CBS' debut of "Miami Medical" did well for itself, pulling in 7.6 million viewers, the most for any program on network TV that night. ABC's "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution" slipped from its strong rerun performance the week before. CBS took in an average of 6.5 million viewers and a 4.3 rating/8 share for the night. NBC was breathing down its neck with 6.4 million viewers and a 4.3/8 as well. Third place went to ABC with 4.2 million and a 2.8/5, then FOX, 3.2 million and 2.1/4 and finally The CW, 1.6 million and 1.0/2.
The adults 18-49 went to NBC just barely with a 1.5 rating. CBS was also in contention with a 1.4 followed by ABC, 1.3, FOX, 1.2, and The CW, 0.7.
