Fast National ratings for Friday, Oct. 29, 2010: CBS handily won Friday in every time slot in viewers even in its first hour with "Medium" pitted against Halloween classic "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" (although the Peanuts cartoon fared better in the adult 18-49). "Blue Bloods" once again had the best numbers for the night.
CBS led with 9.6 million viewers and a 6.1 rating/11 share. Far behind in second place was ABC's 5.4 million and 3.3/6, then NBC (4 million, 2.8/5), The CW (2.6 million, 1.5/3) and FOX (2.6 million, 1.7/3). The Eye just barely took the demos win home though, scoring a 1.7 rating just ahead of ABC's 1.6. Following was The CW, 1.2, NBC, 1.1, and FOX, 0.8.
