Weber 'not worried about Medium end'

Medium star Jake Weber has claimed that he is not concerned by the show's cancellation. CBS confirmed that the series had been axed in November and the series finale will air tonight at 8/7c. "I have a family now," Weber told Assignment X. "It's lovely to work with [the cast, but] there's a whole world out there. I'm really happy to be in this world [of Medium] but when this is over, I look forward to trying... something else."

However, the Dawn of the Dead star admitted that he was "happy to be back" for one final season. "Every year, [the show's renewal has] always been a question mark, and this was no different," he said. "It always seems to be a drama. A friend of mine said his favorite soap opera on TV was the renewal of Medium the year before, when we switched networks."

Medium creator Glenn Gordon Caron recently suggested that viewers "will tear up" when the final episode airs. [SOURCE]
