TV Ratings: Most-watched 'Medium' gives CBS large win



Fast national ratings for Friday, April 9. CBS took Friday, with its spooky lineup getting good numbers and its new drama "Miami Medical" only losing half a million viewers from its premiere last week. NBC and ABC were neck-and-neck for second, with NBC ahead in viewers but ABC ahead in the 18-49 demo.

CBS' win came from an average of 7.02 million viewers and a 4.6 rating/8 share. NBC was a distant second with 4.9 million viewers and a 3.3/6. ABC was nipping on its heels with 4.4 million viewers and a 2.9/5, FOX was in fourth with 3.6 million viewers and 2.3/4 and the CW saw 1.6 million for a 1.1/2.  The adults 18-49 went to CBS with a 1.5, then ABC and FOX tied for second with 1.3, NBC was fourth with 1.2 and the CW was fifth with a 0.6.

NBC: "Who Do You Think You Are?" rerun (4.1 million, 2.8/5)
ABC: "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution" rerun (3.6 million, 2.4/5)
FOX: "House" rerun (3.5 million, 2.3/4)
The CW: "Smallville" (2.1 million, 1.4/3)

18-49 leader: "Ghost Whisperer" (1.5)

9 p.m.

CBS: "Medium" (7.5 million, 4.8/8)
NBC: "Dateline NBC" (5.1 million, 3.4/6)
ABC: "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution" (4.7 million, 3.1/5)
FOX: "Kitchen Nightmares" rerun (3.7 million, 2.3/4)
The CW: "America's Next Top Model" rerun (1.2 million, 0.8/1)

18-49 leader: "Medium" (1.7)

CBS: "Miami Medical" (7.1 million, 4.8/9)
NBC: "Dateline NBC" (5.4 million, 3.7/7)
